Below are some of our common questions:
If you are wondering about sold out items/restocks, dates posted on our home page or in our Instagram Bio are the only restocks currently scheduled. If the item is visible on our site it will be restocked. Until announced all restock dates are still undetermined, and we are unable to give estimates on when certain items will restock. To stay up to date we suggest following on Instagram or subscribing to our emails!
Yes we do ship internationally to most countries, you can enter your shipping address at checkout to confirm available shipping options. Shopify calculates all international shipping costs at checkout. Customers are also responsible for all international duties upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs.Sorry we are unable to provide shipping quotes in advance.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at checkout, please check your spam folder if you don't see it.
We can update shipping up until your order ships, if you need to change your shipping address please send us a message through the contact form to provide the new address.
Our current order processing time is 1-2 weeks, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.
Our store includes made to order products so all purchases are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us within 48 hours of placing the order to receive a refund. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately.
